    These are perfect to have always on hand. In fact I need to subscribe and save for five of them every month. Half a cup is 100 cal and is perfect to just add into some rice or have a a side dish especially if you’re tracking macros this is a great addition to your fiber intake. Some cans are worse than others (the pinto beans being the worst of the lot), but every can is dented bad enough that I would not buy them in the store in that condition.

    The beans themselves are good and the price is also good...too bad they always seem to come banged up. Would be nice if Amazon offered a price per flat of cans so that you could be assured they would come in better packaging.
