I absolutely love the quality of this matcha. The color is vibrant and fresh, and the texture is very fine, which makes it easy to whisk into a smooth, creamy consistency without clumping. The flavor is clean, slightly sweet, and not overly bitter — exactly what I look for in a ceremonial grade matcha.
It works beautifully on its own as traditional matcha, but also holds up well in lattes. You can really taste the quality of the leaves. Definitely a staple in my kitchen and one I would repurchase.
