I use about a half teaspoon in a couple ounces of water. Pretty much tastes like ginger beer, probably would taste like ginger ale if you watered it down or added to clear soda. I love the bright color, it’s not too spicy but I’m sure you could mix it something else if you want to mask the flavor.
